After your supplies are secure in our warehouse you will receive an email with a photo of the supplies and an order number that corresponds to specific inventory.
You will also receive annual inventory audits as well as alerts when any of your products are nearing expiration. We try to sell your aging inventory in the market to recoup what we can and then update your supply with new products, only charging you for the difference.

Warehousing and logistics has in the past been considered an essential business, continuing to operate during pandemics and other major events. In addition, our warehouses work with multiple shipping partners, so we can choose the best carrier who can most expediently deliver your items to you.
Can I return my supplies to storage if I don’t use them?
Yes, during an emergency you want your items you have stored with us to be your backup in case supply chains go down. If you haven’t used them (hopefully) and the emergency passes, then you can ship them back to your storage space for a future emergency.
Can I get my supplies anytime I want them?
Yes, you can login to the portal and request delivery at any time, and we will ship your items to you within 48 hours and charge your account a one-time shipping charge.
How do you ensure that they don’t expire?
We track the expiration dates of inventory for you. We will alert you when your items are nearing expiration and you can determine if you would like to reorder.
How do I know when to order my supplies?
We will update you with text or email alerts if there is any specific pandemic or disaster risk that begins to emerge as an imminent threat. We will inform you about how the situation is evolving, how dangerous it seems to be, and where it will impact. Ultimately, you decide exactly when to order your supplies based on your own feelings of safety and security.
Will this service result in a shortage for front line workers?
No, we are making sure to launch when there is no shortage to front line workers so that we don't compete with them.
What if I move?
